I want it to be an e-wallet, as well as a bridge for payments, where stores only need to integrate our e-wallet payment system to be able to accept all kinds of credit cards and cash services which we integrate into the system. I would hire expert developers when it comes to programming, but I would appreciate any insight or advise when approaching ecommerce business.
Well, I will advise you to buy a pre-developed platform that is available online on Envato or from any other website because hiring a developer will cost you more and you will have to pay a huge amount of money. Please first determine your requirements for the application and then search for any good pre-developed application and configure it for your self if you can't do it by your self then call me and let's discuss it in detail.
