Do you know any good and cost effective infographic designers?

Any good companies or individuals you can recommend who can design infographics for reasonable prices? I found that some companies charge around $2k for each infographic design, I see it expensive especially for a simple infographic. I would appreciate some references here especially for designers or companies who can design in English and other languages as well Thanks.
