The application is built on an enterprise SAAS platform. The company owning the enterprise SAAS company are building a parallel solution. We plan to raise money from the company owning the enterprise SAAS platform. We believe that our solution is a better mouse trap than the company's potential solution. We have about 5-6 enterprise customers and the money was intended for Sales and marketing purposes. We don't want to give away too much equity.
