Timpla possesses over 15 years of utility industry experience, working in Operations, Training, Procedures, Merger Integration and Process Improvement. She is a Prosci Certified Change Management professional. Timpla’s passion for employee engagement and performance improvement is infectious. She coaches entrepreneurship classes at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She also pursues her own business ventures while working full time.
