What's an easy and cheap online transaction service?

I have a marketplace website that get people to offer their services. What would be an easy way to provide a way so that buyers can pay with paypal or CC, and seller can receive the money (through us)

PayPal offers a service that includes all card types and PayPal. There are also numerous other providers in the marketplace depending on if you are using a shopping cart, hosted payment page or international acceptance.
