Hi everyone! I run a US-based digital marketing agency, and we're expanding our services to France. We already have 2 very good candidates from France, so I was looking for a reliable EOR service to handle: 1. Employment contracts compliant with French labor law (Code du travail) 2. Payroll processing in EUR 3. Tax withholding and social contributions (URSSAF) 4. Benefits administration (paid leave, RTT, mutuelle health insurance, etc.) 5. Easy onboarding process 6. Works councils compliance if we scale up I've checked online, and I narrowed it down to Remote, Deel, and Multiplier. Does anyone have experience with these EOR services? I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through this process rather than just reading marketing materials. Merci!
