Shaina WeisingerExpert In Hiring & Scaling International Teams
Bio

Shaina loves to laugh loudly, be obnoxiously competitive on the volleyball court, treat her dogs as her kin, and recover from tripping on or running into almost everything within a five-foot radius.

As a video production expert with her first company, WAKE brand media, Shaina saw an incredible pain point for marketers who spent tons of time creating, filming, and editing speaking videos, video podcasts, recorded webinars, and other similar content ... After the videos were completely produced, they weren't being marketed and shared to their upmost potential. It takes a ton of time and resources to not only create that new content, so be strategic and efficient when you optimize it to be shared all over social media.

Seeing this need in the marketing industry in 2018, she created the first productized service that makes repurposing content for social media a stress-free, hands off solution. This prompted the creation of Repurpose House, a rapidly scaling agency that repurposes content for social media platforms.

With recognition by and clients such as DigitalMarketer, ClickFunnels, Robert Kiyosaki, Russel Brunson, Isogenics, Entrepreneurs on Fire, Clarion Events and more, her company has helped over 500 clients scale their content effortlessly across the social media landscape.

As an expert in creating scaleable processes and SOPs, along with developing and growing multi-department, Philippines based and led teams, Repurpose House was able to grow from bootstrap inception to $165k MRR, 16 US team members, and 52 full time Filipino talents in 3.5 years without investment or debt.

Shaina has contributed insights on business growth and content marketing via conferences, podcasts, intensives and guest blogs such as Entrepreneurs On Fire, Inc., DigitalMarketer, Traffic & Conversion Summit, War Room Mastermind, Podfest, FinCon's Money & Media, Startup Nation, Business 2 Community, Hustle & Flowchart, Film School for Marketers, Growth Marketing Toolbox, and more.

In the fall of 2022, the sheer scalability and niche made Repurpose House incredibly attractive for acquisition resulting in multiple, over-ask offers. The final acquisition took place in October of 2022.

The next chapter for Shaina will be in the health and wellness space in the form of large scale conferences and immersive experiences as well as coaching business owners on how to create and scale their own international teams.

Shaina here, I built and scaled both a US and an international team in less than four years of over 65 team members and went through an acquisition and October that was incredibly successful due to our hiring and SOP practices. I started bootstrap just like you.

While I'm unsure what you're selling, if it is service the best bet would be to create a duplicatable process as you're doing the work yourself for your clients. Document these processes meticulously and then hire internationally to do the work for your clients, if possible. International hiring has cost benefits and this means you can scale your operation and focus your time on other elements of the business. The documentation part is key to success in hiring.

If you need guidance on how to get these process started, how to recruit great talent overseas (I highly recommend the Philippines for many reasons), and how to keep a team happy that scales with you then I'd love to hop on a call to discuss.
