Regarding to my experience, an Entrepreneur never give up, you are always learning about how to do thing better, if this is not working you just take an other road to acheuve your goals. As an Entrepreneur with 18 years of Experience on it, i'm always working and still changing my road but not my goal and my achievement, but searching an other better way to archeive them.....

I'm not going to tell you a lot of thing about that but if you want to attract massive social media engagement and impressions you have to make the best combination, you have to combine toghether strategic content creation, platform-specific optimization, and audience-focused engagement tactics.
i find for you 8 step if you follow them you can have a good abd very nice result:

1. Real-Time, Trend-Driven Content:
Bleacher Report excels at publishing content in real time, especially during major sports events. They capitalize on trending topics, breaking news, memes, and viral moments that are already generating buzz.

2. Platform-Specific Strategy:
Each social platform (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube) is treated uniquely. They optimize content formats (e.g., short-form videos for TikTok, carousels and stories on Instagram, threads on Twitter) to maximize visibility and shares.

3. Visually Compelling Media:
Bleacher Report invests heavily in eye-catching graphics, highlight videos, and animations that are designed to stop the scroll. Their posts are instantly recognizable and often emotionally engaging.

4. Community and Culture:
They understand sports culture deeply and create content that resonates with fans, from humorous takes to emotional storytelling. This builds a loyal community that likes, shares, and comments frequently.

5. Influencer Collaborations and UGC:
By partnering with athletes, sports influencers, and using user-generated content (UGC), Bleacher Report extends its reach and builds trust with fans.

6. Data-Driven Optimization:
They constantly analyze performance metrics to fine-tune their content. They know what types of headlines, thumbnails, and topics perform best and iterate quickly.

7. Interactive Content:
Polls, quizzes, Q&As, and interactive posts encourage fans to engage rather than passively consume.

8. Cross-Promotion & Brand Extensions:
Their content often promotes Bleacher Report’s own shows, merchandise, and branded events, driving deeper engagement and impressions across channels.

Do you best to follow these 8 step, try to do each of them like a homework when you archie one you start the second like one by one as you can.

one of my biggest challenge when starting project, it's when the goals are not Clear and the find a Realistic Scope. i remember i was working on a project and i suppose to deliver some structural advise and structural design but the client wasn't clear about what he really need to build, therefore starting this project was a challenge and also respecting the delail was a challenge as the deliverable was not clear
