I work in the non-profit sector. My advice for someone just starting a business in this area is to offer B2C. You can of course, opt for both or either or, however from my experience the business to consumer model is a great choice if you are new to the space. With a B2C, you will find companies that are in the non profit largely promotional based, and run on mission type efforts.
