Know what makes your business unique. Ask yourself some tough questions like:

Instead of saying what people expect someone in my business to say, what is my personal quest?

I am passion about wellness because ___________.

What are three results your clients have shown that are concrete: more mobility? Weight loss? Improved eating habits? Restful sleep? Improved relationships?

Who do you want to work with? And NO it's not everybody! Do you serve men, women, young professionals, elderly, moms, family's, middle aged people in transition.

Know your story, know your results, know who your clients are - then start marketing on social media and offline join business referral groups.

I'd develop Laurie's point. There are basically three questions you need your own great answers to. WHAT business are you in? WHO are your customers? HOW do you serve them with maximum efficiency? And as Laurie says, the answer isn't everything to everybody however they want it. Success lies in defining the tightest possible definition you can, that will be big enough to support the business you have in mind.

With those questions answered, the actual promotional tactics you use will usually be self-apparent.

Just looking at what you offer, it appears that you have an actual physical location and are not selling online. However, the easiest way to get customers is to make it an online information business with the intention of getting customers to come in the door.

Start with a social media campaign like FB and tailor it for your audience and location. Then make sure that you are listed on Google Maps since you want local customers. This should get you started.

A few questions might help narrow how you market it.

Are the therapies or services covered by a healthcare payer, ie Medicaid, Medicare or Commercial Insurance? if not, can you adjust your services so that they would be covered? This would mean identifying ICD-10 codes for conditions you treat and CPT to bill for the services. With this in place, you can then contract with a payer to become a part of their provider network and bill them for services. Doing so would open you up to referrals which could be paid for. You could then meet with local providers in their office or by putting on community education events to educate the provider community and potential patients about your services.

These things that you have talked about for instance, massage therapy, reflexology, slimming, art therapy requires a centre.
Branding is a vital aspect of effective wellness center marketing. If done properly, you can build credibility, make your business recognizable, and develop a closer connection to your clientele. The first thing you need to consider when building a brand is how you want to be perceived by the public. Next, come up with a captivating logo and a memorable tagline to engage potential clients. Afterward, include your logo on everything related to your wellness center. Not only will it build your reputation, but it will provide you with an opportunity to connect with your clientsā€“because in essence, your brand reflects them. If clients can see themselves in your brand and grow to trust your services, they will form a strong bond with your wellness center. Make your center known in the digital space by setting up your website. Use a tone of voice that best reflects your clients, and make sure to include their testimonials on your website. Ask former clients to give honest reviews about your center and share them with the public to further establish a sense of credibility.
